Are Kickboxing and Muay Thai similar? Muay Thai is its own combat sport with its own style, but the most notable difference is the use of 8 points of striking in Muay Thai, compared to only 4 in Kickboxing (punches/kicks).

With our memberships being general use you'll have the choice to book your training in striking only (Muay Thai), grappling only (Jiu-Jitsu) and these MMA classes.
