FREE TRIAL SESSION
Power Yoga: a high energy, quicker paced style of yoga used to heat up the body from the inside, build strength and endurance, improve flexibility, balance, coordination and range of motion. Poses are connected through breath in a dynamic, flowing sequence.
Classes take place on the combat sport mats side of RISE.
Yoga experience not necessary however keen body awareness an asset.

Angela is passionate about helping others live their best life. She is a registered yoga teacher through the Canadian Yoga Alliance and has over 600 hours of training. Angela began teaching yoga in 2009 and has been a student of yoga for over 20 years.
