Our 10-Session Introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is designed for absolute beginners who want to build a solid foundation in one of the most effective combat sports in the world. Whether you're training for self-defence, fitness, or future competition, this course will help you develop confidence, awareness, and technical skills in a safe, supportive environment.

  • Fundamental Escapes: From mount, side control, and back control
  • Takedown Concepts: Intro to clinch work and basic takedowns
  • Concepts & Strategy: Positional hierarchy, frames, and how to stay safe and effective on the ground

  • Build comfort and confidence on the mat
  • Learn how to control and neutralize opponents
  • Prepare to join our regular fundamental or all-levels classes with a strong foundation
