As a mom of three girls, I know how challenging it can be to prioritize your health. Growing up, I felt self-conscious and avoided physical activity, doubting my abilities. For most of my adult life, I also avoided taking care of myself, always putting other priorities first. But after the birth of my third baby, postpartum and COVID collided, I realized it was time to make a change—not just for me, but for my family.
When I joined RISE, everything shifted. The coaches believed in me before I believed in myself, and I found a community where I truly belonged. RISE became a place I could go just for me—a space to focus on my growth and well-being. That encouragement and support helped me discover a stronger, more confident version of myself—not just physically, but mentally. My mental health has improved in ways I never expected, and I feel more capable than ever.
Now, as a personal trainer, I want to inspire others to experience that same transformation. I also want to show my daughters that they are strong, capable, and deserving of self-belief. Whether you’re just starting or looking to take the next step, I’m here to help you feel empowered every step of the way.
In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching The Office, and staying connected with my community by finding meaningful ways to give back.
