Garrett Szeremley

I started playing hockey and lacrosse at a very young age and got my first taste of high level hockey through the Pembina Valley hawks program from 14-18. From there I spent time in Saskatchewan, Minnesota and Winkler playing junior hockey before accepting a scholarship to play hockey at Salve Regina University in Newport Rhode Island where I was an all conference award winner and 2 year team captain.

I am now the founder of PV Elite hockey and have the pleasure of working with young athletes during the summer months. I believe that setting and achieving goals regarding physical fitness can be one of the most rewarding things someone can do. I look forward to working with any and all athletes, gym members, and newcomers to Rise Athletics.
