About Coach
I started BJJ in the summer of 2021. I got into BJJ because I had long ago decided I wanted to make mixed martial arts a main aspect of my life. When I first joined I couldn’t imagine I would be given the opportunity to coach. I love being able to help people learn and evolve in the sport!
I love being in the gym, and putting in the hard work is my favourite part of training. BJJ has also helped me overcome my fears especially around large crowds. I would encourage anyone and everyone to participate in the sport - if not to compete, just to have fun!
