No. Unlike other sports, it is meant to be flexible year round use.
No contracts, no hidden fees. Memberships will automatically recur until cancelled or changed. You can make all changes or cancellations by emailing contact@riseactive.ca a minimum of 5 business days prior to your next billing cycle.
Yes. Due to memberships being general access, and many classes on our schedule - you must sign in to each class you or your child is attending.
Open memberships are for ages 14+ and have options for 2x, 3x, or Unlimited classes per week.
No. Memberships give access to any Combat Sport class on our schedule. You are not restricted to any specific class.
Use the PushPress Members app and sign in with the same details you provided while signing up for a membership. Within this app you can manage your membership, view payments history, attendance history, and reserve/cancel classes as needed.

We recommend at least "3" per week This is a great baseline to build consistency in your lifestyle. Increasing your training frequency will lead to faster results. However, don’t underestimate the effectiveness of 2 per week if that’s all you can manage in your schedule.
